Operational Scans
This lesson introduces Operational Scans capability in Quality Clouds, that provides continuous visibility into the run-time behaviour of your SaaS platforms.
Unlike traditional quality or governance scans, which focus on code and configuration, Operational Scans analyze how the platform is actually used in production. They surface operational insights that help teams detect performance issues, errors, and abnormal usage patterns early.
By monitoring system activity on a regular basis, Operational Scans enable organizations to gain a real-time understanding of platform health, user adoption, and resource usage. This allows teams to move from reactive issue detection to proactive operational governance.
Operational Scans are especially valuable for platform owners, architects, and operations teams who need confidence that their systems are performing reliably in live environments.
