User Management
This lesson explains how user access is managed within Quality Clouds and how different user roles interact with the platform.
Quality Clouds supports several user types, each designed to provide the appropriate level of access depending on the user’s responsibilities. Customer Admins, Normal Users, and Project Users can access the Quality Clouds Portal, where they can view analysis results, dashboards, and platform insights.
In addition, Developer Users are specifically created to authenticate integrations and development tools, such as IDE extensions or other connected systems. These users enable secure connections between Quality Clouds and external development environments.
By assigning the appropriate user roles, organizations can ensure secure access, proper governance, and an effective collaboration model across teams using the platform.
